Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to telecommunications services and products.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer billing, plan updates, and service features.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
  • Collaborate with team members and leads to improve service delivery and workflow processes.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in College.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with mobile or internet connectivity concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
