Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to telecommunications services and products.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer billing, plan updates, and service features.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
- Collaborate with team members and leads to improve service delivery and workflow processes.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in College.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with mobile or internet connectivity concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
