Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their telecommunication needs.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance targets including customer satisfaction and call quality.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Prior experience in customer service or call center is an advantage.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
