As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their telecommunications needs – from billing inquiries to technical support. You will be the voice of the company, delivering exceptional service and building customer loyalty.

Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about telecommunications products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to billing, technical concerns, and account management
- Document all interactions in the customer database
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in training sessions
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate; College degree is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or telco environment, is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM tools
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City
