Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about telecommunications products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to billing, technical concerns, and account management
  • Document all interactions in the customer database
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in training sessions

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate; College degree is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or telco environment, is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM tools
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City
