Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications service issues including billing, connection, and plan details.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless service follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Stay updated on new product features, promotions, and company policy changes.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented demeanor even during high-pressure situations.
Kualifikasi
- High School graduate or Senior High School graduate (K-12).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is an advantage but not required.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
