Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate and professional information to ensure first-call resolution.
- Navigate multiple software systems to document customer interactions effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a personalized service experience.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes and system improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and navigate basic computer applications with ease.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
- High school diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional while handling difficult situations.
