Tanggung Jawab
- Effectively handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests related to Telco products and services with professionalism and empathy.
- Educate customers on product features, service plans, and promotional offers, ensuring they understand their options.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, resolution rates, and average handling time.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help others and create positive customer experiences.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Must be willing to relocate to Ormoc City, Leyte, and avail of our attractive relocation package.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a Telco-related field is an advantage but not required.
