Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, or chat channels efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding telecommunications products, services, and billing.
  • Resolve customer complaints or technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering empathetic and professional service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to improve service delivery and workflow processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to ensure consistent service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least 2 years in college or equivalent experience (Senior High School graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with computer navigation.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a high degree of patience and empathy.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to relocate to the designated work site in Ormoc City.
