Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Meet key performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes
- Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent command of English and Filipino communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to relocate to Ormoc City with provided relocation package
