TTEC is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team in Iloilo City as a Customer Service Representative specializing in the telecommunications (Telco) sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns while upholding the highest standards of service quality.
As a Telco CSR, your primary focus is to ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. You’ll report directly to an experienced team leader and work collaboratively to achieve team goals and performance metrics. Tanggung Jawab
- Answer inbound calls from telco customers and provide accurate information and support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with team members and team leader to achieve performance goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in telco or BPO, is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Amenable to work in Iloilo City; shifting schedules including nights and weekends may be required.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
- Willingness to undergo training and adhere to company standards.
