Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries related to telco services (billing, technical support, account updates).
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, average handling time, and quality assurance compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by collaborating with peers and actively supporting team goals.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School Graduate or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or call center environment is highly preferred but not required—fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply!
  • Comfortable working in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Customer service oriented with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Iloilo City.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
