In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional support and resolving inquiries regarding telecommunication services. Reporting directly to a supportive Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the overall success of your team. Tanggung Jawab

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical, billing, and network connectivity issues related to telecommunications services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding customer accounts, promotions, plans, and service upgrades.
  • Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and pending issues in the CRM database.
  • Collaborate with your Team Leader and colleagues to continuous improve team performance and service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School (K-12).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • Prior experience in a BPO environment or customer service role is highly preferred (Telco account experience is a major plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Iloilo City on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
