Your Role:
As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical support for a leading telecommunications brand. You will report directly to a supportive Team Leader, working both independently and collaboratively to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer calls for a leading telecommunications company and provide world-class service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently on the first call.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account management.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics (Customer Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, First Call Resolution).
  • Collaborate with team leaders and peers to improve team performance and customer experience.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to offer additional products and services to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School diploma is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience is required. Telco experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willing to work onsite at our Iloilo City site.
  • Must be amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
