Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for telecommunications services
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing inquiries
  • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
