Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide professional and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to internet connectivity and mobile services.
  • Educate customers on current promotions, plans, and value-added services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, account updates, and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily KPIs regarding call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex technical concerns.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with internet/telecom services.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are encouraged to apply.
