- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in telecommunications preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
