Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide expert assistance to customers regarding traffic navigation systems, GPS devices, and mapping software.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to traffic updates, route planning, and map accuracy.
  • Communicate complex traffic information clearly and concisely to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to navigation services.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to report software bugs or data discrepancies in navigation feeds.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field; relevant experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, HERE) and GPS technology.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.
