Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert assistance to customers regarding traffic navigation systems, GPS devices, and mapping software.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to traffic updates, route planning, and map accuracy.
- Communicate complex traffic information clearly and concisely to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to navigation services.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to report software bugs or data discrepancies in navigation feeds.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field; relevant experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, HERE) and GPS technology.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and handle high call volumes.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.
