Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding traffic navigation software, map updates, and device functionality.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting navigation devices and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Provide accurate route planning and alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process billing inquiries and manage subscription changes for navigation services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify process improvements.
  • Educate customers on the latest features and benefits of our navigation platform.
  • Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, or Communication).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) with a professional and polite communication style.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems.
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts and holidays.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a global organization.
