Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings and itineraries.
- Assist clients with flight changes, hotel reservations, and travel requirement inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining professional communication at all times.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Update and manage customer profiles and booking records in the internal database.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex travel issues or escalations.
- Meet or exceed daily KPIs and quality assurance standards set by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
