- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and service information
- Process flight reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the booking system
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Identify upsell opportunities by recommending relevant travel packages, insurance, and add-on services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and quality standards
- Stay updated on travel policies, destination information, and promotional offerings
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during peak periods
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality industry
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn booking systems quickly
- High school graduate, vocational course graduate, or bachelor's degree holder
- Customer-focused attitude with genuine desire to help and assist others
- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Positive mindset, adaptability, and willingness to grow within the organization
