Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding travel bookings.
  • Provide accurate information about travel policies, flight changes, and destination requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and helpful service.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and software applications to update customer profiles.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality Scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve account processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduates.
  • No prior BPO experience required; entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Must possess good to excellent English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
