Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding travel bookings, flight adjustments, and hotel reservations.
  • Provide professional and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve complex travel-related issues with empathy and creative problem-solving.
  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate service recovery when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response time.
  • Stay updated on changing travel policies, safety protocols, and promotional offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college or Senior High School graduate.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and navigation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in the BPO industry or travel/hospitality sector is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
