Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding travel bookings, flight adjustments, and hotel reservations.
- Provide professional and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex travel-related issues with empathy and creative problem-solving.
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless service.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate service recovery when necessary.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response time.
- Stay updated on changing travel policies, safety protocols, and promotional offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college or Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and navigation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in the BPO industry or travel/hospitality sector is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
