Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide accurate information about travel packages, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and compliance standards.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a travel account or BPO setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and navigate computer systems efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Cainta, Rizal.
  • Open to fresh graduates with a passion for customer service.
