Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with travel booking customers, providing accurate information on flights, hotels, and travel itineraries.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of travel booking platforms, policies, and promotional offers.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements during all interactions.
- Achieve performance targets such as average handling time, call quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality and process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center or travel‑related environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle high call volumes.
