Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for travel and hospitality services

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Kualifikasi

  • High School or Senior High School graduate
  • At least 6 months of customer contact experience (CCE)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
