Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for travel and hospitality services
- Provide accurate information about travel packages, accommodations, and destinations
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- At least 6 months of customer contact experience (CCE)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
