Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic service.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and concisely.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Adhere to security and compliance protocols when handling sensitive customer information.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 18 years of age and completed Senior High School or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
