Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic service.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and concisely.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Adhere to security and compliance protocols when handling sensitive customer information.
Kualifikasi
- At least 18 years of age and completed Senior High School or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
