Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting service level targets
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Contribute to team goals by achieving key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Previous customer service or call center experience advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local dialects
- Strong problem-solving abilities with patience and resilience
- Proficient in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset and collaborative spirit
