- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures to provide accurate information
- Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues
- Report to the team leader and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Team player with collaborative mindset and willingness to help others
- Reliability and punctuality with strong work ethic
- No prior experience required, as comprehensive training will be provided
