Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunication products and services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude while managing customer expectations.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call scripts to maintain brand consistency.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; College graduates are preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong typing speed and proficiency with computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Availability to work the morning shift (e.g., 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
