Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status with a high degree of accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the team leader and cross-functional departments to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations or referrals to enhance the customer journey.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; high school graduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules, including night shifts if required.
- Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service standards.
