Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Document interactions and transactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues
- Meet performance metrics including handle time and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update knowledge on products, services, and company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 6 months+ customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and CRM system familiarity
- Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
