Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Customer service experience in BPO/travel industry advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts and meet KPIs
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
- Positive attitude with collaborative team spirit
