Colcap Servicing Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (UK / Mid Shift) to join our growing team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, including consumers and brokers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience that reflects the high standards of our organization.
In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information regarding financial products and services, and resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and correspondence from customers and brokers.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding loan accounts, payments, and financial services.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce or similar).
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and streamline processes.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- At least a Senior High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree; a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the BPO or financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work UK / Mid Shift schedules (flexibility required for shifting schedules).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer navigation and typing skills, with experience in CRM software.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City.
- Must be amenable to start immediately.
