Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address complex escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting peers.
  • Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and quality guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or hold a Senior High School diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and office software.
