Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting peers.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and quality guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years in college or hold a Senior High School diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and office software.
