- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding US healthcare plans, claims, and benefits
- Analyze customer needs to provide accurate solutions and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve multi-faceted healthcare-related challenges
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and data security protocols

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in healthcare or BPO industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
