Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in financial services
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
