Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and call scripts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide superior service.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (College graduate is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40 WPM+).
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with a stable internet connection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing schedules.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required for this fast-hiring batch.
