Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via various channels such as email, chat, and phone support.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM database accurately.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients or team members.
- Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to work remotely from home.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer literacy and reliable high-speed internet connection.
