Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company information to better assist customers.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
