Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support through primarily voice channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries
- Actively listen to customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their needs
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system for tracking and analysis
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address complex customer issues and improve service quality
- Maintain product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and neutral accent
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Proficient computer skills with ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a virtual environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be available for the May class training schedule and committed to full-time employment
