Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide practical solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile in service delivery.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all conversations and transactions in our customer database.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets/KPIs consistently.
  • Attend educational workshops and training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and customer confidentiality.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent; Vocational or College degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or BPO environment is preferred but not required.
  • Residing in or willing to work in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
