As a Voice Account Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our international clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide practical solutions.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile in service delivery.
- Maintain an accurate record of all conversations and transactions in our customer database.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets/KPIs consistently.
- Attend educational workshops and training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and customer confidentiality.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent; Vocational or College degree is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer service or BPO environment is preferred but not required.
- Residing in or willing to work in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.
- A customer-centric mindset with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
