Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and maintain the company's reputation.
- Document call details accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and provide constructive feedback to management.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to callers.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent; college level or degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in a BPO or Call Center environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
