Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and maintain the company's reputation.
  • Document call details accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and provide constructive feedback to management.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to callers.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School diploma or equivalent; college level or degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or Call Center environment is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
