Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, balance checks, and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Adhere to Metrobank’s service standards and call scripts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (Voice focus preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Must be willing to work in shifts (rotating schedule).
