Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and speed.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance checks, and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Adhere to Metrobank’s service standards and call scripts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (Voice focus preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Must be willing to work in shifts (rotating schedule).
