Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries via voice calls, emails, chat, or other communication channels
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino

  • Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required
