Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via voice calls, emails, chat, or other communication channels
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule including willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
