- Manage inbound/outbound customer interactions across voice and digital channels
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service quality standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and follow escalation protocols
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and service skills through training programs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6 months+ customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal/written)
- Proficient with computer systems and multitasking in digital environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
- Previous experience with CRM platforms is advantageous
