Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by following established protocols and escalation procedures
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics including call quality scores, resolution times, and customer satisfaction ratings
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information
- Adapt to changing priorities and flexible work schedules including rotational shifts
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- At least 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high service standards
- Proficient in basic computer applications and typing skills
- Willingness to work in a virtual setting with reliable internet connectivity
- Positive attitude with resilience in handling customer challenges
