Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customer situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
