Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Identify and recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and quality standards in all interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and solve problems creatively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include shifts and weekends, as needed.
