Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and offering effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further handling.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive experience.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in chat support or retail account.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
- Can start immediately (ASAP).
