- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media channels.
- Process e-commerce orders accurately and coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Update product information, pricing, and descriptions on the company website and marketplace platforms.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and records for reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
