- Manage incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Provide accurate pricing, availability, and vehicle information to potential customers.
- Process rental bookings and generate necessary contracts and agreements.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable vehicle for their specific travel needs and budget.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and reservations.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, transportation, or car rental is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using reservation software and CRM tools.
